Hello I have a Samsung 45” tv I turned on my tv and about half of the screen has vertical lines then I tried shutting it down and turned it back on and then it had not only vertices lines but now it also has horizontal lines so because it is still under warranty I contacted Samsung and they are trying to say something hit the tv screen but there is no way anything hit my screen and there are no marks on the actual screen it is in perfect condition: I took some photos to a tv repair shop and was told it looks like a main board issue so how can I explain this to Samsung to see this was not a accident or deliberate act but a manufacture issue. Would appreciate any help you can give me.
gutierrezgirl let us know what is the exact model of your TV is. We also need to know what your screen is actually showing you. Post some images of that with your question so we can see what you see. They will have to make the determination of what needs to be repaired etc.
