My samsung SHP-DP728 doesn’t lighten up the number pad so I cannot change the password either add fingerprints. I’ve tried pressing the REG button but it still not show the number pad. Is there any thing I can do by myself before calling Samsung supporters? Thanks
Hi, Try replacing the 8 x AA Alkaline batteries or using a 9V emergency battery as shown on p.11 of the user manual and check if that resolves the problem.
