Chosen Solution
The left half of the screen is black / pixelated. I’ve taken the back off and cleaned both ribbon cables with iso alcohol. I unplugged and replugged in most of the connections in the back to make sure they are snug. I’m not sure what to try to replace first, I would think the ribbon cables. Here is what the display looks like from the front powered on

There is one cable that goes from the green board to this board
This is the backside of the display powered on. I’m showing this because it looks like all the LEDs are on.
The PCB attached to the screen is most likely the fault. The best solution would be to buy a new TV(unless you can get a new screen).
