My tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 when I power on Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 will appear for a few seconds you can hear the sound powering on but still no stream I have tried pressing power on and volume down for 10 seconds and the same thing happens I’ve also tried holding down power and pressing volume down holding down until I get a Android image telling me downloading it will not go off until I power down
Hi @azronnie, Try the following: a). Wipe the cache partition of the tablet and check if it then starts OK. b). If still no good try starting the tablet in safe mode and see if it boots OK. If it does then a downloaded app is the cause of the problem. You will need to uninstall each downloaded app, one by one and test the tablet in normal mode between each uninstall. When the tablet works OK then the last downloaded app that was uninstalled was the cause of the problem. Try starting with recently installed apps or updated apps.
