My Samsung Note 9 is starting to have a very bad battery life, goes from 100% to 0% with 3-5 hours of mild usage. It often gets extremely hot, so hot that I can’t hold it in my hand. Also, the touchscreen glitches a lot, and the phone often sends messages by itself in my pocket. Neither the front glass or the AMOLED display are damaged. Please let me know ASAP what is wrong with my phone and how to fix it. Thank you very much
