Hello, Since my Samsung Galaxy A40 wasn’t charging anymore I replaced the battery first (without any change) and then the charger connector, but still not charging. I definitely don’t know why and how it’s possible, any idea? Thank you for your help, Fabrizio

don’t worry, when you said you had a usb voltmeter I thought you were a technician or repairer …. usually this type of equipment is not in the possession of “non-industry” people … I have attached photos of the jumper from run to solve the charging problem

Fabrizio De Cicco  sounds like an issue with your PMIC. Follow the flowchart as outlined by Samsung.
