My Samsung Flex Washer Door is locked. Wash cycle completed and i drained the water from the washer but the door will still not unlock. How can I unlock to get my laundry out.
Hi @skbgirl , Have you tried disconnecting the power from the washer for 5 minutes and then reconnecting and checking if the door can be opened? Just a thought. Don’t know your model but have found the service manual which as far as how to manually open the door is not helpful. You could try the manual mode of smart install test #1 as described and then step though to the end of the tests without pause to see if this releases the lock. Suggest that you don’t try automatic test or any other test in manual check mode as it says tests are to be done without clothing in the washer. Sorry I can’t be of more help with this one. Washers are getting too smart nowadays.
