samsung UN60FH6003FXZA Samsun 60" blinks off and on. when I disconnect the led connector from the power board i can do the flash light test and see picture and the on off button works. when I reconnect the led connector to the power board the on off button stops working and the screen blinks off and on over and over.

@madman1011 looks like your TV has a backlight issue. Could be caused by the power board or the backlight array itself. You’ll need to remove the back of your TV and check the power board. Check all components for obvious damage like leaking or domed looking capacitors. Post some images of your boards with your question so that we can see what you see.
