I got the same problem with the black screen. I already test my ps4 to an other television but it still not working. I think that there is a problem with my hdmi output . I think that one of these metal pieces are broken Updaten (14-07-17)

It’s clearly the HDMI port that’s faulty…there is at least one pin in the port pictured that’s been pushed out the back of the port. Keep in mind that in rare cases both the HDMI port and the HDMI encoder chip are bad. My company charges $89.99 for a 5 business day repair (+4-5 business days for free return shipping). Hope this helps.
It’s either HDMI port or graphics chip overheating if it hasn’t been dropped. Take it to a repair shop if you don’t have good soldering skills.
