Ringer automatically goes to silent even after adjusting the ring tone
Have you checked the ringer silencer that’s on the upper left corner of your phone just above the volume control. If its showing red its in silent mode. Often if you have a case that covers the switch you can forget its there.Have a look stranger things have happened. Hope this helps
