Hi, If it is only 1 month old from new, contact the Lenovo Customer Service Centre in your location and ask for a manufacturer’s warranty repair to fix the problem. Check the documentation that came with the laptop to find contact details Do not attempt to open the laptop yourself to find out what’s wrong, as this will void the warranty which you may need later (hopefully not), if some other problem occurs with the laptop.
