Hi, First of all, remove the picture with the Windows product key! Not a problem if you turn off and on the computer (restart) because this is the finale phase. The installation will continue from the last completed step. It is likely, have a problem with the hard drive. If the problem persists, test the hard disk for bad sectors. If there is problem with installation, you can start recovery process again like this - press and hold 0 (zero) key and then switch on the laptop, it will start with the Toshiba HDD Recovery Utility screen or you can select HDD Recovery from the boot menu (F12).
