My iPhone 6s is Disabled and need to be connected on iTunes, Can I use iOS 9 for restoring it?, and what are those error 3014 and 3194 means? any fix on this?
No, you can’t restore iOs 9. At present Apple signs only 13.2.2 and 13.2.3, that’s all the choice you have for restore.
