Will pics and apps restore after logic board replacement?
I can’t say yes or no but it depends on if you have a iTunes or iCloud backup from the previous logic board. When you switch logic boards, the new logic board will not have your pictures or apps or any of your data. The best chances are from your backups if you made any.
