do you have repair guide for TC55 Motorola phones on how to re-install software or hard reset i tried the power and volume down mode reset but the wipe all data or restore to factory default is missing in the list, is there any way to rest the phone?
Hi @muddrabells , Here’s a link to the User Manual for the phone. Scroll to bottom of p.65 then continue on p.66 to view the procedure to hard reset the phone. You need to press 3 keys simultaneously to hard reset the phone. Here’s an image taken from the manual that shows the procedure.
