Hi There Converted an old broken iMac 27 ” into a monitor. It worked well for a period of time now have annoying message floating across the screen. Could someone show me how to remove the screen message in the attached image?. Is there a setting that needs to be changed?. Not really tech savvy. Your help would be appreciated. Update (04/11/2020) Hi Dan Appreciate the quick reply Here’s the URL https://www.ebay.com/c/19004970966 I unfortunate don’t have any written information from the original purchase back in 2017 and to be honest there wasn’t much information as the product was set up in advance and it was a pretty simple “plug and play” scenario .
I was hoping the docs would give us a clue. Sadly the image of the board doesn’t help. There must be a switch or jumper which turns off the information display image. At this point I think you’ll need to try contacting the company or just get another unit hoping the first one is damaged or mis-configured.
