Hello, Unfortunatly while tearing down my new iMac (to change the Internal HardDrive) something went wrong (%&#* clumsiness lol) and the 4 pin synchronisation video cable was scratched (which link the 27" screen and the board to left of the alimentation unit). Does anyone know where I can find some replacement cable ? I’ve looked everywhere unsuccessfully :-( Thanks a lot for any response !
This machine was still under warranty. Parts will be very hard to find as it is so new. It might still be covered if it was in the original condition.
Apple’s part number for the VSYNC cable for this model is 922-9161, hope this helps. Chris
I “googled” it but no relevant result :-( I’ll keep the part N° however and thanks for the intell ;-)
