I need to know where I can get the torx screws I believe that they are 4mm
Hi, Here is a link which shows how to remove the base (as you already know) In it they say you need to use a T9 torx screwdriver (again as you know). You may wish to contact them about what is the correct length screw to get and if they supply them.
