Chosen Solution
To replace the screws in my LCD screen, I cut a strip of plastic from a shopping bag and then Poked a small hole in the plastic. Pushed the screw into the plastic to the head, held the plastic to the driver and inserted the screws. Any other Ideas?
Magnetic screwdriver.
I used double sided tape over the end of my torx driver. I had to use a new piece for two screws.
