I have accidentally cut the ribbon cable for my iPod Classic 4th Generation back light. What are my options? Can I fit a non-color display into this model of iPod Classic? I am impartial to the display’s color.
@stonerissalty no you cannot. The displays are totally different and cannot be interchanged. you will have to get a display that is specific to your iPod. If it is a color display than that is what you have to replace it with. Even a display from the 4th gen will only work if it is the color display.
