This is what happened with one of my wheels as well. I contacted the company, while I had the stroller in front of me, and they were able to send me two brand new wheels. I mention to have the stroller in front of you so they can verify model and ensure they are sending you the correct wheels :)
Yes, it’s possible to find, but sometimes it is more convenient to buy a new stroller because the price for rollers and a new one entire stroller can be the same. We had such experience so I know what I am speaking about. We are waiting for our second baby and I started to study the market for children’s accessories and Best Stroller for NYC. Unfortunately, there is a big age difference between our children, and nothing survived from the eldest son. And I was very surprised how many new things have appeared in the last few years.
