I would like to find out if possible where can I get a replacement part for my HP envy 360 m6 earphone Jack thanks in advance
Hi @geomichi , Here is a link to the service manual for your laptop , taken from this HP webpage. Scroll to p.38 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove the connector board. Also on p.38 you’ll find the spare part number for the board 856792-001. (and also the cable part number 856801-001 if it is necessary). But on p.16 it shows that the connector board part number (#9) is 856808-001. Bit confusing. Search online using the part number only in the search box of your browser, to find suppliers of the replacement board. Both board part numbers seem to point to the same board when searching online. Check what number is stamped on the board in your laptop, if any. Hopefully this is of some help.
