It would appear that the driver’s side headlight fuse is blown. The problem is that neither fuse box has an indication as to what fuse belongs to the headlights.
Okay just checked in the service manual and it looks like the following: 30 headlamp L low, 20 headlamp R low, 28 headlamp L high, 27 headlamp R high, hope this helps.
