I replaced a cracked screen on an iPhone 5. I used the complete assembly available from iFixit (screen, home button, and camera). Everything seemed to go OK, but now the speaker and microphone are not working.

Hi, I take it you are talking about the earpiece speaker and front microphone? If so, just get them to send you out another, as they are more than likely faulty. :)
