I followed all the instructions on the rear camera replace and once phone was put back on, the camera does not work and the home button does not work….never had a problem with the home button… it seems like a software issue?…..do i need to do a hard start?…or a restore?..
You can a always do a force restart. But software probably isn’t your issue. If all you did was remove the display then try power cycling. That or I would guess you’ve damaged the home button cable.
