I replaced the power and volume control cable but my power button, volume buttons and flash still are not working. iOS 15 beta
This seems strange as the problems you are facing are on different circuits. I would check the logic board connector and the components around it under some magnification. The power button works by shorting this pin to ground. Try this with a pair of tweezers to rule out the buttons and flex.
