My Daughter took her Iphone 6 to the mall to have the screen replaced , received her phone back , did the ios 10 update not the phone will not hold a charge. is the the screen or the update causing the problem?
Its highly unlikely that the iOS update is at fault. Its even less likely that the screen is at fault. What is extremely likely is the guy at the mall damaged the board, likely popping off a capacitor when he unplugged the battery. I would go back and demand they replace or fix your phone. I do not think a mall repair place will have the means to fix the issue, so a replacement is a better demand.
