Alright, Guys, I need your help! I have replaced the LCD screen of a customer and everything works perfectly, besides the microphone. During phone calls, I can hear everything, but they cant hear me on the phone. When I turn it on speaker I can hear them, but there is a big echo. I then replaced the LCD screen with a phone that I knew that was working. This fixed the issue, but now the other phone is having the same issue. So I believe the issue is coming from the screen, but I am not sure. Can anyone help me out, please?

The iPhone has several microphones and while there is always a primary microphone, the others serve as noise cancellation. The only microphone on the screen is used for SIRI or the FCAM. So when you do a call, a defective forehead microphone could be causing the issues. To isolate it further, try using a known-good FCAM/Sensor Flex.
