Chosen Solution
I replaced the LCD Screen with Digitizer ( Ifixit) Phone powers up but I still can’t slide the unlock soft key. Does not appear to be responsive to touch.
Either the digitizer cable is loose, or the touch IC went bad. In case one, simply re-seat the digitizer connector. Case two is a bit worse. I assume @refectio would know more about that. Hope this helps!
