I used an OEM part to replace the lightning port in my iPhone 6, which now will work and charge my phone. However, after resetting my network settings and even trying a different part. The antenna/microphone will not work. The calls drop or the receiver of the call cannot hear me (I can hear them). I am constantly having to go into Airplane mode to get back on LTE. PLEASE HELP ME! I don’t know what to do, I have double-checked the antenna connection a million times, and it is connected. Thanks, eddieh
There is a chance that you may have gotten a faulty charging dock that is causing this reception issue. Once you’ve double checked and still not working then I suggest trying another one.
