After replacing the battery, it won’t recognise, charge the battery. No batter icon showing either. Checked the cables, seems fine. Any idea what might have gone wrong? As soon as I unplug from power it shuts down.
That tells me it is unable to gain access to the batteries micro-controller! You have a bad battery. Return it for a replacement.
