My Macbook Pro 13 recently got water damage which on main PCB or Mother Board as I know it, is replacement of the Board an option? Update (04/10/2018) Hi. The damage to the Logic Board is contained to the area where the external power come in, the small power connection Board is also damaged. I can upload a pic of the damage area but I don’t see that facility here? I have uploaded 2 Pic’s hope you can find them

Replacement of the logic board is certainly an option, although usually an expensive one. It would be best to know beforehand that all other parts have been left untouched and still functional, especially the screen assembly, the second most expensive, or you might run the risk of piling up unforeseen expenses to expenses. How bad was the water damage ? Can you check the connectors areas are clean and don’t show burns ?
