My fitbit fell apart so I mailed it back to them to get it replaced. Instead of a replacement they sent me back a fitbit (which I assume is the same one) in a small plastic bag with no instructions at all. The fitbit charged fine and started calculating steps but would not sync to my app. The whole thing was off it, it wasn’t starting over the next day and I still could not get it to sync with my computer. Can anyone help me out??
Meagan Dahlen , Send it back as faulty for a replacement, it may have been one of there refurbished watches and ask for manual/ instructions to accompany replacement watch.. Link below is Fitbit contact. Good luck. I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button. http://help.fitbit.com/?cu=1
