Does anyone use any Work Order or POS software for their repair shop that they just love? I am using Quickbooks POS right now to track Work orders and for POS and its TERRIBLE. Need some suggestions!
I use RepairShopr and I am pretty satisfied. IMHO there are certain things it does clumsily, like returns and RMA but overall it is a very good tool. I particularly like the ability to embed a customer portal and ticketing system into my website (check my profile for a link to my website to see how it is embedded).
Highly recommend giving Repair Spots a try. They are fully mobile and have a web version .
