wanted to change my band,but now one of the connectors stucks and is unremovable. I tryed everything,when I push the button nothing happened…….
Take a cotton swab (Q-Tip) dampened with some isopropyl alcohol wipe the strap release button seam. That should soften the junk thats jamming the release. It may take a few attempts to get the strap off once off do the same thing on the other side and use some can’ed air to push out the junk.
