Chosen Solution
The in-dash radio/CD player has and intermittent problem and the load/eject mechanism is hung up. The car is a 2007 Ford Escape. The bezel has four holes that appear to be for access or removal of the bezel. There are no screws visible when I looked in the holes. I used a long thin, straight blade screw driver and reached deep in the holes and found no screws. However, I could feel something like a spring loaded mechanism , that did not release the radio or the bezel. I would like information to remove the bezel and or complete information of how to remove the unit from the car.
