So I only found the guide for removing the metal rear camera lens ring on the 6S, is it the exact same procedure on the iPhone 6? Since i remember that on some of the older iPhones the ring is like welded in four different spots and can be very tricky to get off, don’t know if thats how it is on the iPhone 6 though? So if anybody knows how it is on the iPhone 6 I would appreciate an answer.
The iPhone 6 lens is glued in. Put some heat on it and work your way around it with a blade.
it`s the same as 6s, if you want the whole lens off including the metal ring then remove the rear camera and black sponge, pull the metal bracket out from the inside with pliers and the outer lens and ring will come out as one.
