How do I remove the bench backseat?
Force the lower end of the bench seat back toward the trunk to release to clips at the bottom of seat and lift out–You will find either clips or screws at the lower end of the upper portion of seat–release these and lift upper section of seat should release from locking clips allowing removal of upper section
if your release strap on your upper backseat is broke, stick a pair of needle nose pliers in the opening right in the middle of the upper backseat grab the latch and pull. now just go do it…..
I took the seat out and broke the clips because I didnt read anything first. Like a idiot. What is the best way to replace the clips? Or just buy a new backseat?
