Solved Relaced The Battery On An Ipod Mini No Sound When Docked Ipod Mini

I replaced the battery on an iPod mini. When I dock it on the newest Bose Sound Dock I don’t get any sound, when I dock it on an ihome player or my old Bose Dock it plays fine. I get sound from the headphone jack fine. Also the cable that goes from the mini to USB on the computer is fine. I’m stumped.

Thanks for all your help. I did reset the iPod - a few times :) I also restored it back to factory setting and updated it. No change. I finally gave up and gave it back to her.
