@jasminmattern66 make sure that you verify that your TV is a UN60FH6003FXZA model. Unplug the main board from the power board and see if your TV’s backlight stays on. If so than you are almost at a point where you can call the issue being related to the main board and not the power board. Once we know the exact model we can probably give you something more concrete. This “light white strip of light on the top of the TV trying to come on  is a bit odd ond we may have to come back to it.
