In the last few days I’ve been getting a weird issue, my Mac shutdown when its on battery and it will only boot up back with charger plugged in, after it boots up it shows 0 precent battery as if all the power in the battery got drained. I have a low cycle count of 354 and a battery condition of normal, and the test passed with no problems. I have also reseted the SMC Here is the crash report: Crash Report

How about trying some hardware troubleshooting ? You just need a philips screwdriver to remove the bottom of your Mac and two fingers to unplug the battery connector. See what happens with battery disconnected..if you can live a couple of hours just on power mains that would help exclude is just a battery issue..despite low cycle count that might be the source of your problem.
