Need a hand. Purchased this TV today and it keeps restarting itself, lasts about 4 seconds and the red standby light flashes on and off while restarting. Anyone know how to fix it or any advice? Thanks
Hi @charlie99 , Have you checked that the power connection is secure? If connected to a powerboard (powerstrip) connect it directly to a wall outlet to make sure. If it was purchased from new, return it for a replacement or a refund under the manufacturer’s warranty provisions You don’t want to possibly void the manufacturer’s warranty by opening the TV to find out what the problem is.
