Dropped my phone and by the time I returned to it, it was completely intact in the case but not turning on. The flash seems to have changed half orange which makes me think battery has been internally squashed and leaked. Can I repair? How much will it be? Can’t get my pics or anything synced with pc. Totally dead.. have I lost them for good? iCloud off due to storage :(
It’s hard to say without seeing a picture. It’s hard to imagine that a phone that was run over by a car would be worth fixing for the sake of the phone. You will probably have to change so many parts that it won’t be economically viable for an iPhone 6. However, recovering your data is worthwhile as an experienced micro-solderer can focus on fixing the logic board and only use temporary spare parts to make the phone work “enough” that we can recover the data via iTunes. Based on the limited information you provided, that is the best I can say at this point.
Go to https://www.icloud.com. Login with your Apple ID. See if your iPhone backed up anything to your iCloud account. You may be able to retrieve at least some information.
