What hardware is related to the “Raise to wake” function that may be tied to the Home button being extremely laggy?
Raise to wake…I would assume that has to do with the accelerometer (U3010) or perhaps the Discreet Accel (U3030). I would probe around those circuits to see if anything is amiss. As for the laggy Home Button, my first thought was the battery too. However, you may want to install a generic HB to see if the problem goes away.
