ok i recently had to replace my battery in my 2008 ford-escape my radio was working fine before i changed the. battery i put the. ew battery in and now my radio is stuck on am and none of the buttons will work i’ve tried pulling the fuse i’ve took the unit out and blew it out i even put the same head unit out of another ford escape and it still did the same thing idk what else to do
@kyle1203, kyle, Try a reset, disconnect the negative battery cable overnight or for at least 8 hours. Hopefully works after this reset, if it does not could mean you have a part failure/internal board faulty. Good luck. I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.
