What is the purpose of the stickers on the logic board? They cover all the small components but not the connectors. Is it just for safety during assembly or do they have another purpose?
To protect from moisture and short circuiting, always put back :)
If you are talking about the white ones, They are called LSI (liquid submersion indicators). If the are exposed to moisture they turn red. Apple will then use this to refuse warranty support.
It is just for safety I believe.
