I have purple vertical lines and one horizontal black line in the middle of my screen and it’s still responsive, it’s only the lines that bother me and this HUGE black spot covering the top left side of my iPhone. Btw I’m using the phone with the line problems to type this
If you could post a picture, that would help us properly diagnose your issue. That being said, it does sound like you have a damaged screen (LCD). You can get a good quality screen here. Follow this guide to replace it.
