There are two common problems, bad powersupply and bad mainboard, It seems, that you have a unit with a bad mainboard: Blue light, clicking noise, starting fan and then turning off seems to be a Motherboard problem. Not fixable. this video will show you the differences
This just happened to me and I just found the answer. Got my PS4 in 2015 during Black Friday. I’m 29 now and my PS4 has this issue. Man, end of a lot of memories. I don’t know if I should bury my PS4 or just look at it. Feelsbadman… I’m getting old, im going to take a shot of liquor later, after I work my crappy part time job. cheers memories….
