My problem is I changed my resolution to 780p on my Samsung TV all of a sudden it turned off when I switched my PlayStation back on it was just blank so I don’t know what to do
You need to try a different tv, friend nana. Some tv. Then you need to switch it to, likely, 480p. Then you can use the Samsung tv again
Assuming the resolution of your TV is 1080, set it back to 780p (you mean 720p?) go into settings of the PS4, change the res to 1080, select yes whether it looks good or not, then switch the TV back to 1080p. That should fix it!
