Hi There, When i turn on the PS4 slim (present at christmas from santa kids extremely upset im not though but i will try get fixed) the blue light comes on then it goes white and no signal to television. I have tried to reset holding down the start button for the 7 sec two beeps and still no fix, i would appreciate any help you can offer on this as its only 6 months old and i would expect a piece of kit like this to last longer especially when you pay so much for it. If it’s only 6 months old you can just send it to Sony for repairs.
try a different hdmi cable, if that doesnt work look in the hdmi port to see if it looks ok, if it does then the hdmi encoder chip has porbably gone bad
